Dr. Deborah Matthew graduated from North Corolina University with a doctorate of Internal Medicine. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Wheaton College, receiving a B.S in Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences. During school, she studied advanced training in internal medicine and botanical medicine.

Deb Matthew MD is an author, speaker, educator, wife, and mom of 4 boys. She helps you restore your health by addressing the root cause of your symptoms, instead of just treating diseases with drugs.  

Dr. Deb was inspired when she experienced a life changing transformation after years of suffering with exhaustion and irritability that prevented her from being the wife and mother that she wanted to be. 

She is on a mission to spread the message that having balanced hormones can help you to love the way you feel, and that living WELL is the best medicine. As a media contributor she has been featured in magazines, on radio shows and podcasts, and on over 50 TV appearances nationwide. You can learn more at

As a leader in this field of medicine, Dr Deb has proven her level of knowledge repeatedly. She has completed a 2 year advanced fellowship program in Anti-Aging, Functional and Regenerative Medicine offered by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) which incorporates over 200 hours of continuing medical education. She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM), the American Board of Integrative Medicine (ABOIM), and is an oral board examiner for the ABAARM.  

She has presented lectures on hormone health to forward thinking medical doctors across the US and around the world, including in Bangkok, Bali and Dubai. 

Dr Deb is the President of the North Carolina Integrative Medicine Society, and a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine.
